This residence consits of about 90 houses and appartments.Most of the homes are owned by Tunisians and are generaly used for holidays, weekend breaks etc.The residence is very quiet for most of the year and virtually deserted during the winter months (Nov-March)
July and August are the months when many of the owners return to Kerkennah for their holidays, and during July and August the residence can be quite lively. In July and August its quite usual for events to be organised by the commitee, social evenings, kids club, aerobics etc,and this is a great opportunity to get to know the locals, but if you would prefer total peace and quiet other months may be preferable.
